Absolutely. Every pizza on our menu can be fully customised. You can:

• Add or remove any toppings
• Choose your pizza crust type (classic, thin, gluten-free)
• Select from multiple sauce bases
• Adjust cheese levels
• Add extra toppings for a small additional charge

Just note your preferences in the special instructions field at checkout or let our team know when ordering by phone.

For pickup orders there is no minimum — order as little or as much as you like.

For delivery orders, a minimum order value of $20.00 applies. This helps us ensure delivery remains fast and efficient for all customers in Orange NSW.

We begin preparing your crust pizza shortly after your order is confirmed, so modifications may not always be possible. However, we'll do our best to accommodate changes if you contact us immediately.

We deliver across Orange NSW 2800 and surrounding suburbs within approximately a 10km radius of our store at 186 Anson St. This includes suburbs such as Bloomfield, Lucknow, Springside, Calare, and more.

Standard delivery takes 30–45 minutes from the time your order is confirmed. During busy periods (Friday and Saturday evenings), please allow up to 60 minutes.

Factors that may affect delivery time include your distance from our store, current order volume, and traffic conditions. We always aim to get your hot, fresh crust pizza to you as quickly as possible.

Our standard delivery fee is $4.99 for all orders within our standard delivery zone. Orders over $60 qualify for free delivery within the standard zone.

For addresses near the outer edges of our delivery zone, a small additional distance surcharge may apply. This will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Yes! Once your order is out for delivery, you'll receive an SMS notification with a tracking link so you can follow your driver's progress in real time.

Yes, we offer a gluten-free pizza crust option available on all classic and gourmet pizzas for a small additional charge. It's made with a rice flour and tapioca blend for a crisp, satisfying base.

Important: Our kitchen handles wheat and gluten-containing products. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment. Customers with severe gluten intolerance or coeliac disease should contact us before ordering.
