From a Small Kitchen
to Australia-Wide
It all started in 2009 when founder Marco Bellini — fresh off a culinary stint in Naples — arrived in Orange, NSW with one burning obsession: creating the perfect crust pizza. Not the pale, doughy imitations he'd seen around, but a proper, hand-stretched, fire-kissed masterpiece. He rented a small shopfront on Anson Street, bought a secondhand stone oven, and got to work.
Word spread fast. Within six months, queues stretched out the door. Within two years, Crust had become a household name in Orange. By 2015 we opened our second location, and by 2020 we were delivering crust pizza across regional NSW. Today, Crust serves thousands of happy customers each week — but our recipe hasn't changed one bit.
We still hand-stretch every pizza crust. We still source local produce where we can. We still refuse to cut corners, because we believe great food is worth doing right.
