We're Crust — an Australian-born crust pizza brand that believes every bite should be an event. Born from a love of bold flavours, honest ingredients and a relentless commitment to quality pizza crust, we've been feeding communities across Australia since 2009.

From a Small Kitchen
to Australia-Wide

It all started in 2009 when founder Marco Bellini — fresh off a culinary stint in Naples — arrived in Orange, NSW with one burning obsession: creating the perfect crust pizza. Not the pale, doughy imitations he'd seen around, but a proper, hand-stretched, fire-kissed masterpiece. He rented a small shopfront on Anson Street, bought a secondhand stone oven, and got to work.

Word spread fast. Within six months, queues stretched out the door. Within two years, Crust had become a household name in Orange. By 2015 we opened our second location, and by 2020 we were delivering crust pizza across regional NSW. Today, Crust serves thousands of happy customers each week — but our recipe hasn't changed one bit.

We still hand-stretch every pizza crust. We still source local produce where we can. We still refuse to cut corners, because we believe great food is worth doing right.

2009

The First Oven Fires Up

Marco Bellini opens the first Crust pizzeria on Anson Street, Orange NSW. One stone oven, a 12-item menu, and a dream to serve Australia's best crust pizza.

2011

First Regional Award

Crust wins "Best Independent Pizzeria" at the NSW Regional Food Awards. Our sourdough pizza crust recipe is called "a revelation" by local food critics.

2013

Menu Expansion

We launch our famous Gourmet range — bold flavour combinations that put Crust on the national pizza map. Truffle oil, prawn and pesto crust pizza becomes our hero dish.

2015

Second Location Opens

Crust expands with a second store and introduces our dedicated delivery fleet. Customers across Orange and Bathurst can now enjoy hot crust pizza at their door.

2018

Online Ordering Launched

We go digital with our full online ordering platform — making it easier than ever to order your favourite pizza crust from any device, any time.

2021

Australia-Wide Recognition

Crust is featured in The Australian's "Top 50 Regional Eateries" and reaches 30,000+ monthly orders. Our family grows to 60 passionate team members.

2024

New Kitchen & Catering

We open our purpose-built production kitchen and launch Crust Catering — bringing our legendary crust pizza to weddings, corporate events and community gatherings across NSW.
